Try to do it 5-6 days a week in the morning when you wake up (hopefully early) REC Aviron One Hour Core Training I am hoping that if you follow it you will have abs like Jean Galifone (on Eric's request)..and also will give less pain in the back to your teammates on the boat. You will need a swiss ball from Decathlon. There are two kinds: one is 65 cm (13 euros) and one is 75 cm (15 euros). Buy whatever you are comfortable with. Next, you need weights (dumbbells). This is also available in decathlon for 24 euros (sorry it is a little expensive but it is made of stainless steel and will last a long time, your grandchildren can use it with the great REC attitude :-) ) ps: Please email me if you have questions about how to perform a particular exercise.
